Busy Bees

We have been pretty busy over here getting our house ready for Saturday! We took advantage of the long weekend to take on projects we'd been planning for some time.

First up, Simon hung wallpaper in our dining room.

Isn't it gorgeous?! If you aren't sold on the birch tree wallpaper, you must see it in person - its the cat's meow. 

Next, Simon painted two accent walls in our living room. We choose..... dun, dun, DUN

TEAL! 

Again, the photos don't do it justice. You really must come over and see it :) It makes the white fireplace and trim pop. I am totally in love.

Here's a snippit of our photo collage. I recently saw a Groupon for canvas wrapped photos... one of those might look nice in an amongst these silver frames. 

Sorry for the low quality images. I was just so excited to share I just took these with my iPhone. One day i'll get around to properly capturing the colour.

I also promised some pictures of our fall/halloween porch decor that my amazing/hot hubby put together the other night. I'll try to snap some pics when I get home from work to share with you.
