This just happened.
I am thankful for the following:
1) The tear is high enough that my skirt pretty much covers it
2) It doesn't seem to be getting bigger
3) Even with this tear in my tights, I am still confident I would win best dressed in the office
(not to brag...)
Another pair bites the dust.
